Not sure if undiagnosed case of triplets or a gestation period nine times faster than that of a regular human.

Either way:

The article states that she has two uteruses. Have sex, get pregnant in one uterus. Have sex a month later, get pregnant with twins in the other uterus.

That's definitely the strangest superpower I've ever heard of anyone developing from exposure to toxic waste.
