Captain Janeway's breast being alter to carrying massive milk while Seven's pregnancy making her carrying double or triple what the so call "Normal" crew who have the smallest pregnancy with eight babies. Last she heard that Seven's pregnancy reach sixty babies. Unlucky for B'Elanna, her pregnancy reach twenty. Her half Klingon biology is a pain in the butt. Klingon usually start lactation after they give birth. Her human biology start lacation before birth. Combine them together you get a human/Klingon with massive breast that will never stop growing. B'Elanna's modifying a gravidity belt from a few space suit that helping to slow down the growth of her breast. The problem is it isn't working anymore. She having problem waddling even with the gravity almost zero not due to the weight. But her with her size that B'Elanna taking up the whole hallway to waddle to work. She move to a quarters near engineering. It only twenty five feet away. To B'Elanna, it on the other side of a planet. She reach the door to engineering. B'Elanna see the problem now.
