Funny sketch with some belly expansion. the premise is in Avengers Endgame when Hulk snaps and brings back everyone who died 5 years ago and those who come back are in dire situations. In the case of the belly expansion (Skip to 1:50), when Thanos snapped and killed half the universe, this woman had twins in her womb that were snapped away. When Hulk reverses that snap, they suddenly grow back to two fully grown babies in the womb. Girls pretty cute too! The sketch is rather dark though and has a sad ending, but the belly expansion is still worth the look.
