Is anyone else having difficulty ordering a commission from Muchbirth ?
I've always been a fan of this individual's work and have in the past purchased commissions from them (Which I was super happy with). Their work has always been on time and I have never had any issue with communicating with them. So when they posted on 'deviant art' that they would once again be open to accepting commissions, I was excited to say the least. I expressed a great interest in ordering a commission and others after it was delivered.
At first Muchbirth replied within a day, however after requesting exact details about a particular facet of the story and giving me a quota (Which I was more than happy to pay), he/she simply never replied back. I waited a few days, and asked if he/she was interested in taking up the commission. Once again no reply. Finally, I sent a simple note saying I would be pleased to have him/her take up the commission when ever they felt comfortable doing so and that I'd be happy to receive a paypal link to pay them beforehand. (It has now been well over a month since this happened, yet no reply).
In the past Muchbirth's service was great/punctual and so to where the amazing commissions that resulted from our transactions. However I can't help but feel a little ticked off, especially as I never even got the decency of a rejection.
Has this happened to anyone else ? Or may I have unintentionally and unknowingly done something to warrant being completely ignored and not worth the business I would have continued to provide ?
