The travel restrictions pose an issue. But aside from that, the language barrier and being a foreigner presents obstacles in Japanese culture. Depending on the girl, some can be more open minded. But the beautiful petite ladies on there might be more picky. Asian women think and feel differently than other races. They refer to their clients as brothers in an almost a nationalist identity because of the common etiquette of Japanese politeness. Overcoming that anxiety is a challenge with the language barrier because it makes them feel inferior when they can’t express themselves as well in a foreign language. On the other hand, being conversational in Japanese gives them a power advantage like a teacher, thus making them feel more confident. Sharing a general appreciation for their health and caring for the well being of their child matters too. These women are marginalized in Japanese society and they are vulnerable as single mothers. Some do this while married. Unfortunately, conception is a stress point rather than a celebration because of how tight living cost is to income capacity. Many of these women are former sex workers who become pregnant because condoms aren’t popular and creampie is part of the fetish.
Japanese women impress me because they’re just tough little women. They can deliver a baby vaginally and look like a high school cheerleader immediately. Women who can look the same after several pregnancies are extremely attractive to me. I can remember watching Naomi Armitage the third anime in my youth and recognizing this in the plot. Armitage was built as a prototype cyborg capable of procreation (hence the third, when a couple conceives). But she’s also a bad ass with a complex emotional depth that I identify as a strong maternal instinct.
Set all that aside, Asian women are categorically slow to arouse but Japanese women are eager to please. Every single JAV film has a lengthy period of polite conversation. And given the difficulty of hiding how they feel, it’s exceptionally stimulating feeling out their personality and interests. Conversation that lessens anxiety is key. That way there is minimal apprehension. She will already have a.) foreigner, b.) varying penis size, c.) STD outside of national standards of care, d.) blunted sensitivity/gentleness to causing her pain, e.)too much passion, f.)yellow fever (just wants me because ethnicity, and g.) likely just one time visit. These women harbor some hope that a client romantically will fill the father void of their unborn child. Being a foreigner kills a lot of this. And how well they receive you could be completely different based on this hope that you make them less vulnerable.
I’ve fantasized using a marriage visa to immigrate them to the US. But the culture shock is too intense. A lot of less travelled Japanese can’t handle the racism in America. Not outright prejudice, but a indulgent neglect and being treated like a second hand citizen. Americans are loud, obnoxious and seldomly reflect introspectively on the little things that give life that quality of nostalgia. [A documentary “the century of the self” best explains how each inner self of every American is constantly invaded to manipulate how we think and feel.] Part of the reason Japanese culture is overzealous with accentuations of individuality is because attraction is extremely subtle. People form friendships and relationships by being calm and quiet. Occasionally, circumstances call out one’s character to act honorably and in good faith. This prism of introspection happens only in extreme circumstances, and a simple work around is self expression through style and objects that reflect how one stands out. Japan is a homogenous culture with strong historic identity and pride. This works to suppress individualism (the nail that sticks out gets hammered down) and makes intimacy (being close, not sexual) difficult to win attraction without the ability to show a girl what’s in your heart without broadcasting chauvinistically.
If I could speak Japanese marginally well, this dream would be well to do. Every time I look at these twenty something women and how much their bodies radiate a resilience against time, it blows my mind at how much I desire to win their affections.

I’ve been there many times, had fun. However I heard that you need a Japan “region” cellphone as when you call them to confirm your reservation. They check to see if it’s a Japanese cell phone number or not．

I'm planning on going to Japan at some point next year with my aunt. Hopefully I can try to sneak my way into the place without her noticing

I've been there several times pre-pandemic. You don't need to be fluent in Japanese. You just need to know what's allowed and what's not. The service is pretty expensive and time goes quickly. So I always just focus on the belly rather than trying to make conversations. I would recommend doing research in advance to choose a big-belly girl (e.g., check blogs and Japanese review sites) and record everything if you want to make your own JAV. PM me if you need details!
