I used XL and gimp(free photoshop) to edit the bellies and INPAINT them on a very low denoising strength. I made BBW bellies the most but if you make sharp skin colored orbs you can do pregnancy as well. I'll post some that I made this way. the mummy pictures were my first attempt and it got better from there. As long as the bellies aren't hazy you can get great skin texture. Don't forget tag's like "massive pregnant belly". You can also do them clothed like the picnic photos. Edit I was wrong the ones in the park were 1.5 I only realized after I uploaded

I've taken down the PreggoXL_v0.1a Lora pending further training - with the right (wrong?) prompts it replicates some of the dataset all too well and strongly resembles one of the models rather than being random girls. A replacement v0.2a should be available shortly with the issue addressed. I've also started the manual captioning process because the auto tool created a mess of inaccuracies & irrelevant tokens to the point that I can't believe it worked so well. It will be interesting to see what a difference the improved captioning will make but for now I think it'd just be good to have something that works at all.
