Does anyone know, have or suggest any?

The best pregnant Anime i've found is Ane Harmonix the 4th episode. Course it's censored as is most anime.

I can't say I've seen any good uncensored animes with pregnancy, but I do know of a few hentai games with uncensored pregnancy goodness. All of the ones I've found are on a wonderful website called Eroge Download. It's all anime games (not all of them hardcore hentai), and pretty much all of them have English translations. (Some of the names are a bit ridiculous, I know.)

1. Armored Warrior Iris If you aren't into rape, this one may not be for you. It wasn't totally my cup of tea, but it has a pregnant sex scene towards the end of the game.

2. Imouto Ijime Again, a nice pregnancy sex scene after beating all of the "routes". This is non-blood related little sister-brother... so yeah. (Also, the installation is a little screwy, check out my guide (name Sugoi) in the comments of the download)

3. Tasty Shafts This is a group sex kind of thing... still, pregnant sex...

4. Sandwiched by my Wife and her Sister It's all in the name.

5. Become Tentacle Saved this one for last because it contains Japan's infamous tentacle-porn. The pregnant sex scene in this one I actually never reached. It was a bit too frustrating for me.
