The answer was right in front of you hidden in plain sight: girls create accounts to roleplay (simular to why girls & guys wear fake bellies). They use the pics & videos to create a story (A character). Btw those pics are from a girl that dates back from September 5th 2018 (unless Lucy was talking about a different Jen). There's many roleplayers on social media & uness you video chat with the user 1on1, there is no way to know if ANY of these girls & women on IG & YT are "real". Those accs are run by teen or college age girls that love pregnancy but they're too scared to tell people
