Does anyone know who she is? I've been looking but can't find her. I asked the guy who runs that Instagram page that is tagged and got no response.

The guy who runs those pages (there's like 4-5 which are basically identical) is hyper private about his sources. All of this content gets sent directly to him. He seems to abide by an airtight personal code of protecting his sources. It's a lifestyle for him and consumes almost all of his time staying in touch with hundreds of pregnant women who willingly send him original content constantly. His best accounts are private and hard to find. I used to be in touch with him until he accused me of sharing some original content (never did) and blocked me forever.

There’s no source because whomever is running these “PregnantSelfies” accounts just rips them from the original post, watermarks the uploaded post, and seldomly tags the expecting woman. Don’t bother following, you’ll get blocked.
