how did you recording them since i noticed you mentioned outside noise several times? if you're using OBS or similar software you can mute the mic

I've been using screen capture on my Quicktime Player. OBS on mac picks up everything outside my room so ive been using headphones with a mic and it removes a very large portion of noise(ghetto rigging xD)

on OBS there are 5 sections at the bottom (scenes, sources etc), if you click on the sound/volume button under "Mic/Aux" it will not capture any noise from your mic.
edit: btw screen capture will ALWAYS create HUGE files which can be seen with your uploads of lissahaze
