This, tbh. In a world where people get reductions I'm all in favor of well-done enlargements, and Alexa's are great.

Seems like she only went up a couple of cup sizes, probably to address any sagging that came after the first pregnancy. I wasn't a huge fan of them between her pregnancies, but now that she's pregnant again they are adding some more natural girth and look spectacular.

To each their own, but personally I don’t care for surgical augmentation of any sort.

Shortly after she had them done she made a video about it. She said she lost a more than average amount of breast tissue after she stopped breastfeeding. The implants were put in to make up for what she lost.
