I tried getimg.ai and the quality/realism is great, but I couldn’t get any extremes out of it. No huge bellies, huge boobs or huge butts, just moderately big or not big at all. More experimentation needed, I guess.

You are correct, there is a learning curve as I just learned of a feature, or feature detail that I could have been using. Here are some created with getimg. To be fair, I've churned through a lot of duds to get to these:

Here are some non-pregnant creations. Try creating them busty before you create them pregnant. That worked best for me:
