What extension are you using to get progressions?

I uses regional prompter to create two columns and to place the girls in a respective column (e.g., young woman at the left, milf at the right, etc.). After the first image is generated, I uses that as the seed and simply changes the weight of the term "pregnant" in the positive prompt. If you want the girls to have the similar post, you may try control net to further improve the accuracy.

Hopes that these would be helpful.
