Here is a single image that I spent a ton of time editing and adjusting with GIMP and a few other tools.
While the base source is still AI, this feels like actual artwork to me now.

I'd love to hear what people think about it. I probably put too much time in to making it, but some of that was learning the workflow. It would be faster to make more as I've learned a lot, but it's a pretty involved process.

Which AI did you use? Also what prompts? How did you get nipples? Lol.

I can't get anything other than nightmare fuel.

I've been messing around more with Midjourney, and have found that I am getting some pretty consistent results! Heres some more celeb shots. Thanks to those who put tips in here, they were a great help. The only touch up I have done is run some of the images through GFPGAN to fix the faces a bit

If you type in someone as pregnant and muscular, does it change the shape of the belly?

I'd include celebrity names, but I don't want this to become some request thing

The AI I'm using is local Stable Diffusion, but the prompts are not terribly special, just Pregnant and 3-6 generic deceptive words about what you find attractive. Finding a style you like is critical to getting consistent results though, always include that.
The real magic, (and how I got nipples) is masking + inpainting.
You get the basic image you want, then paint over each section that you want to adjust. The end result I posted here is the slow merging and adjustment of hundreds if not a few thousand images reviewed until each area looked how I wanted. Helps to have a beefy GPU to speed this up, or you'll be waiting a long time for batches to review.

The belly button was actually the hardest part, because the AI refused to create that. Had to edit it in by hand, then use the AI to clean up and adjust. I'm assuming because most pregnant photos are clothed, it doesn't have much data to suggest that belly buttons even exist.

It's a lot more like real art at this point, because you actually work on each section of the image until it's exactly what you want. Probably took ~10 hours or so plus some time to learn the tools.

I ran a couple with muscular added, and it didnt seem to make any immediate difference

It looks like MJ will let you use some simple backgrounds without distorting the features of the model too badly. Places like bars, restaurants, and generic rooms that you might see in a stock photo or a wallpaper yielded the best results so far:
