Has anyone had any luck generating birth pics? If so, how?

Not directly pregnancy related, and this is gonna sound strange probably, but has anyone had any luck cracking the code to boob shape using txt2img without extra after-processing? I can't currently run SD on my machine and a graphics card upgrade isn't really in my sights yet, so I'm only able to use some pretty basic free online image generators. Specifically I'm currently using https://perchance.org/sexy-ai-art-generator (which I've found uses the Deliberate_v2 model and has a "no style" option so I can be very specific in my prompts) and sexy.ai (which has a selection of models but I think they all add extra items to the prompts, but since it doesn't save the prompt data with the images I'm not sure what they are).

Where most AI generated boobs begin, they tend to start with a pretty significant angle and are pretty much always in some variation of this shape, especially anytime I specifically prompt "boobs" or "breasts" in trying to manipulate them:
         

I'm instead trying to go for other shapes that fit the desired outcome better. One is the sloping shelf, as demonstrated below:
               
I've tried various things, and to answer the obvious response, "shelf" and "balcony" bleed out of the prompt's parenthesis and instead of having any effect on the boobs will instead make sure there's always a shelf in the background, or that the subject is always standing on a balcony.

Another aspect that goes with the "balcony boobs" is the "crease" on boobs that are lifted into that shape:
             

As a third shaping aspect, I also can't figure out how to really get the boobs to be separate entities on the model's chest:
           

I certainly understand that physics has a lot to do with these shapes, and the examples I've shown often go hand-in-hand with each other to make unique combinations, which is ultimately what I'm looking for - unique chests that don't all look like the first examples.

AI art generators don't understand physics, though they can parse shape-related tokens a little. It's a bit of a guessing game trying to work out what tokens have been used in training. It's unlikely that most photorealism models have different tokens for different breast shapes. you'd need the AI to be trained on a tagged dataset to get those results. Only example of specific tits I can think of is by BBW_4TW on civitAI, there may be others.

I get more natural results by only using negative prompts for boob-related tokens, I doubt that technique will get you specific breast shapes but it may help reduce the stereotypical AI cleavage look.

You can try happyaccidents.ai which will let you load models/loras from civitai and let you do nsfw pics, though you may need a subscription to activate assets that haven't been enabled yet.

I feel uneasy making ai art with celebrities, but I think I have found something around it. How do you guys feel about fusing celebrities look? I've been trying it. It has some positive outcomes. Let me know if people want to see my creations

Apart from pregnancy, I have another fetish that's even rarer and hard to encounter on porn site : moles fetish. Not that single big hairy one on a grandma, but rather speckled beautiful ladies, hot women covered with them and freckles.
It's so rare it's even harder to find the mix between moly, pregnant, and (the two cherries on the cake) big nipples. So I thought maybe AI is my solution, instead of aimlessly searching for hours and finding nothing.

But I noticed all AI work have this airbrush neat skin look that I find artificial, and the nipples in NSFW AI are almost all pink/average size.
Is there a way to get AI to produce moly/freckly models with  huge dark brown nipples ? These are few examples of what I want to "mix".

I've uploaded my latest Lora Merge - Pregmix v2.

Should work well with most SD 1.5 checkpoints but it was developed with Photosomnia.

Not exactly a tutorial but the generation parameters are available on the CivitAI page which should give people a starting point.

I’d quite like to know this myself. I’ve been using Perchance Sexy AI but no luck yet. Otherwise it’s not bad.

The available models are pretty good in showing "spread pussy" + "pregnant woman", which kind of lead to a birth scene. The difficult part is to show the "baby head" coming out from the "spread pussy".  In order to let the AI to understand that, it is required to train a LoRA with a huge number of HD images showing "spread pussy"+ “baby head” under different conditions.

I have been working on that and these are some of the outputs:

However, due to the limited number of training data, the LoRA is very inconsistent, and only limited to certain body position...

If anyone can find or guide me to find more HD images showing only "spread pussy"+ “baby head” ,please let me know~~

It seems that you can now get away with using 'labor pains', 'contractions' 'water break/broke' in the bing now. Of course the latter one does leave the poor AI a bit confused but...
