How easy is it for an actress to breastfeed a LO as an actress? Is it easier for a movie actress vs TV actress?

I assume it's like any other woman who has a job. In between breaks and lunches would probably be when they do it.

I was thinking movie/TV sets have MUCH more downtime vs. a traditional office job.
