There are several places a pregnant woman can give birth and to be honest it can happen anywhere.

#1. Hospital Birth
#2. Home Birth
#3. Water Birth
#4. Automobile Birth
#5. Nature Birth (Outdoors)
#6. Prison Birth
#7. Workplace/School Birth
#8. Mass/Public Transportation Births
#9. Stuck Elevator Births


My favorite place to see a woman give birth is #5.

Outdoors in nature is about as natural of a setting as you can get especially if the woman is completely naked. It has a primal element that I find to be hot af.

What's your favorite birth location?

I like home births because it's the most intimate setting, and usually the most comfortable (likely lack of epidural notwithstanding).

Of course, if I'm feeling sadistic, automobile and prison can suit the mood.

 Indeed automobile births and prison births can be very hot when the mood is right. When I'm sadistic I enjoy births that occur in inconvenient settings and moments. An example of these would be:

1. A pregnant woman gives birth in the car on the way to the hospital
2. A pregnant inmate gives birth alone in her cell.

I mean, we could add to the list with like
#7. Workplace/School

Because you wanna talk about inconvenient... baby's comin' out in the middle of a lecture! Hooray!

@Akhenaten imagine just sitting in high school and your very pregnant history teacher goes into labor and is pushing her 10 pound baby right there behind her desk !!

I like births no matter where they happen.
I think as a distinction from automobiles you can add #8 mass/public transport like: trains, buses, boat/ferry, and planes. Being in the height of labor surrounded by people, trying not to draw attention until it is very obvious what is going on.
One of my favorite stories is about a girl that toughs out early labor through her day of classes, goes into active labor during the long bus ride back, and delivers just inside the front door of her home.

It has always been a fantasy of mine to encounter a woman in labor on the side of the road. It's too late to get to a hospital or call for help, and I have to deliver the baby on the side of the road.

 Number 8 has been include to the list. It's definitely a setting that is worth a mention. So many situations can be fantasised from pregnant women going into labor and giving birth on planes, buses and other forms of public transportation. It also fits into that giving birth at inconvenient moment aspect that I find very stimulating. I just thought of a number 9 location.

Hard tie between water and home births for me.
