Most surrogacy agencies - and most intended couples looking for a surrogate through an agency - look for women with at least one successful, complication-free pregnancy in their past.  If you don't work with an agency and match with a couple on your own then it don't make a shit if you've never been pregnant before; however, you'll still need to submit to a full barrage of tests by the fertility doc and could still get ruled out for medical reasons.

Currently showing alrwtady and measuring large. It's a good sign though as it means both twins are healthy, just have to make sure to keep an eye on it.

This was done through IVF, correct? I can imagine things could be weird later if you're the biological mother.
