Explaining that I had some personal things come up that delayed me then my power went out and I have the flu. I didn't just blow you off nor did I keep your money. I actually never even accepted the payment.

I would just like to give Nessa a recommendation. She is amazing with the custom request process, and is very open to what you ask for. There was a slight delay getting my video but hey that happens. She was very quick and consistently responsive, not to mention also very respectable with the was she communicates. The video I received was perfect and I think that I'll be purchasing another from her very soon. I would recommend her to anyone in this group, she is great at doing customs!!! 10/10
