Out of curiosity: why is this her 1st full pregnancy? Her & JB are very loaded. No Way she hasn't been pregnant before this. Question is what made her & JB keep this one when they are filthy rich? He makes between 30 & 60 million a year.

I know Biebs came out and said he had some disease a few years back. Don't remember what it was or care enough to look it up, but it could be related to that. Or it could be some undisclosed health thing with her.
Alternatively it could be as simple as they just didn't want to until now
