What's the story?

I'm a transitioning trans woman and I had been talking to her quite a bit about it before hand, how I wanted children possibly before I fully transitioned. After a while of talking she was open to the idea of helping me have a child before any major surgeries. One thing led to another, as those things go, and fortunately she did get pregnant.
