Not really "hyper" per se, just improbably high-order pregnancies ranging anywhere from 4 to like a dozen babies, while still retaining that incredible, ripe, "torpedo"-like shape. I try to visualize this effect best by photo-manipulating/morphing already-pregnant woman's bellies even larger; sometimes including the breasts, hips, and other assets usually enhanced by pregnancy.

My ultimate "dream preggo" gal is fairly short. 5' at most. We are happily married, and excited to be expecting.
Prior to pregnancy, she's thin but has all the right curves and assets. (further enhanced during pregnancy) She remains in excellent shape throughout her pregnancy.
Hair color doesn't matter, just needs a cute face looking confident, loving, and happy about being so full of life. (she's got "the glow") She could be the sexiest woman on the planet, but all that means nothing to me if she doesn't genuinely enjoy and appreciate her body undergoing such a beautiful experience.
She's carrying a large and healthy litter of sextuplets (give or take a couple ) so milk production is high, and her breasts are very swollen and perky.
-they're still nice and firm, so they don't "droop" off to the sides of her belly, but they have gotten significantly heavy, and have definitely turned and separated more as they rest across the top of her obtruding belly.
Her womb is absolutely gigantic, but remains strong and firm as it expands and distends from her small, but well-supported frame; unabashedly stretching her belly out in all directions, while mostly pushing forward in particular, into a dramatic -yet graceful- ovular (or "egg"/"torpedo") shape.
Despite her belly being startlingly-immense; the way her beautiful, healthy, valiant, and motherly body carries it so magnificently is strikingly-fascinating; equating to an overall pleasurably-thrilling sight to be treasured.
The skin across her belly is stretched tight as a drum, but still tough, healthy, and smooth. Stretch marks are impossible to avoid completely with such rapid growth; but with liberal prenatal pampering, many have been prevented; leaving behind a few small, faint, and evenly-scattered marks around the front.
I massage her belly multiple times a day with oil, and also massage her back, legs, and feet. I also idly rub her belly constantly when we're close at home. She doesn't bother leaving the house in her state, and almost no clothes fit, so she's usually just sitting, laying, or waddling around in just her bed robe and panties with her bare baby-oven extruding out in the open; always ready to be tenderly rubbed, cuddled, massaged, and smooched. She basks in all the attention and pampering, and appreciates how much I appreciate what she's going through, how much I adore our growing babies, and how I sill think she's beautiful, adorable, and sexy.

I like when young, pretty, thin girls get pregnant, and the only things that change about them are their bellies and boobs. I think it's the wild contrast that gets me going -- that they have these huge things growing in them and on them, things maybe their body was naturally prepared for but that their minds were not.
