Yes,I think women over 40 that become pregnant are a great turn-on. Especially since there are not very many of them. Maybe for some of them it is kind of a nostalgia of being young again, having another chance to have a child, and feeling sexy in a way that motherhood brings but without all the emotional hang-ups that come with being young.

I never really cared about the age factor. I am really only looking for the biggest sized belly out there. I have witnessed a few pregnant women who were also 40+ and all I was thinking about how great that belly looked on them.

Probably not a downside as long as she's still, well, pregnant. If anything, my "age cutoff" has to be on the lower end—the younger teens do nothing for me.
