I made a Twitter poll asking what is a fair price for per-minute content and I was hoping that you all can answer it. I will be using it as a reference for the ladies that ask me this often and I'm currently using it to help out a big-bellied content maker right now. It will only be up for twenty-four hours but I will also check here as well for comments.

Two things to mention.

First, this poll is apt to be skewed low since the majority of respondents are likely to be consumers rather than suppliers. People are incentivized to say as low a price as possible rather than accurately report the real value. A better poll would be how many minutes content providers sold at each cost as that reflects what people were actually willing to pay.

Second, this poll assumes an equivalence of goods, that is to say that a minute of service is worth the same no matter it's content or who is supplying it. But a content provider is essentially a monopoly of one. The fair price is whatever they decide. Even if someone else is willing to do the same thing for a lower price it is a different service.

Just something to think about.
