Things that I consider turn-offs:

Labor videos
Baby movement (I don't understand why people find that attractive)
Ignoring the belly and the belly button during a pregnant porno movie (WTF?!)

Here's one that I'm pretty sure is an unpopular opinion: I hate cam models.
I assume it's unpopular just because I feel like 85% of all the videos shared on here nowadays are all just webcam/stream recordings. I get that it's the easiest content to produce, but it's also not hard to still make the kind of scripted videos I enjoy, look at TripleDBabe/PregnantSam for example.

I just find camgirls so boring. A lot of the time they just sit there, not doing anything exciting. I could just stare at a picture and get the same effect. When they do get up and move around it's still not much better because they're trying to fit everything in the view of a crappy Webcam. Idk, I guess I just like something with more purpose.

anything unnatural:
"hyperpregnancy" stuff
fake bellies
most fake anything (especially those pretend contractions videos, it's always so obvious lol)

anything really dangerous or meant to look dangerous:
extreme obesity (i love bigger girls, but not when it's to the point of being a blatantly evident health risk)
smoking
drinking
slapping the belly (lightly/playful little slap is fine, anything harder is just weird)
tight belts

...on the other hand i really hate those wannabe doctors on cam sites who try to tell the women to be careful and not do this or that and dont seem to understand anatomy... not exactly on topic but i just wanted to vent a bit lol

This is a great topic! I might add a few more as time goes by, but these eight immediately come to mind:

Labour and Birth - I've never seen any appeal at all in this right from day one, but appeals to (I feel) a large number of people. As I've said several times in the past, all this symbolises to be is the end of the pregnancy, therefore the end of the fetish. I like to know what happened as during the pregnancy. As it progressed. Not the very end of it, when it's on verge of being all over! Looking back over this thread, I'm genuinely relieved I'm not the only one on this forum who has similar feelings over this one. I also don't see the point in pregnancy stories which simply feature labour and birth...and practically nothing else before-hand. To me, that's a Labour/Birth fetish, rather than an actual pregnancy one. 

Belly Painting - This covers up the bare belly and obscures what I like to see - a natural, bare pregnant belly. 

Pregnant Dancing - There's often too much movement (and fast movement) to appreciate the belly. I can't see it when it's all a blur! Unfortunately there's an awful lot of pregnancy dancing content out there.

Overly large bellies - Beyond a certain size, I find them off-putting. A standard, full term singleton pregnancy is often enough for me. Sometimes twins, but it really depends on how well the belly can carry it. Any more multiples? No thanks. It's not for me.

Faux-pregnant bellies - I do enjoy simulation. I also don't mid high-quality fake bellies, but they have to look realistic. Most of them, sadly, do nothing for me. I much prefer if someone pretends a pregnancy by using their real belly - stuffing and/or pushing it out. Obviously it'll result in a smaller belly, but a much more genuine, realistic and to me at least, appealing result.

Popped out navels - Something I've mentioned in several threads. I don't mind them slightly inverted, that's fine. However, when they're wholly popped out and by quite some margin, I find them ugly, shapeless lumps. I much prefer belly buttons to shallow and distort/stretch. It's more appealing in my eyes and gives a better reflection of how much her belly is stretching.

Stretchmarks - I don't mind the odd wisp if it's in a discreet place (for example, in the lower corners of the belly somewhere), but those which are prominent around the front I personally find off-putting. 

Pregnancy videos which...don't feature it - This can range from vlogs where it's literally all chat or videos labelled as pregnancy related material but are effectively just standard sex/porn videos in which the pregnancy isn't highlighted or features so little you could almost describe it as 'clickbait'.

I ask because I’m curious how someone defines thicc since people use that word on all sorts of body sizes (mostly used on curvaceous women who have a normal bmi) and it’s just confusing.
   

I never understood oil. In any porn not much of a fan of extended Blowjob foreplay scenes

Painting bellies
Blowjobs (especially when you can't see the woman's breasts or belly)
Smoking (not just with pregnant women)
Alcohol
Teens on YouTube who don't show their bellies

I also don’t like “torpedo” bellies or super low hanging bellies. It’s almost comical with some of those
