Guys, i wonder what would it be like if pregnant lady couldnt give Brith to the child, bonded vagina or somerhing like this, that the baby simply cannot get out of the belly?
Will baby still be growing or what happens?
Murble
It would die.

That's why doctors tend to induce labor after 42 weeks. Placentas (the thing in the uterus that gives a baby all its nutrition and oxygen) don't last forever. After a certain point they start to diminish and offer less nutrition and oxygen to the baby. It will eventually separate from the uterine wall entirely (placental abruption). Baby starves/suffocates. Baby dies.

It would then become an issue for the mother. Necrotic flesh in your internal organs is usually like to make you not feel well. Also, she'd likely still go into labor without being able to expel the fetus. So just... constant contractions. There's stories where this has gone different (women with calcified fetuses in their bodies for 50+ years because they didn't know they were pregnant, so they didn't know they have a dead baby inside them), but generally, a dead baby inside your body would eventually cause an incredible amount of physical harm. And psychological harm, too, I would imagine.

TL;DR - A lot of death and discomfort.

You can make it different in fantasy writing. Stick to that.
