Looked into this. Unfortunately not a water break. The women thought it broke, but it turned out she just had a “weak bladder.” Definitely legit in the sense of her not doing a prank and genuinely believing that it was time though.

My wife has to wear a pad whenever she goes running. Pregnancy and childbirth really take a toll on the body.
