Or teen boys or quietly, men and esp women with the fetish hung out in maternity and baby clothes areas of department or retail stores in the late 1970s-1980s-early 1990s before the internet came along. For men and women to love the sight of pregnancy, befriended pregnant women to involve exhibitionism or experimentation or exploration, and even husbands or BFs were fine with "sharing the family way", it was indeed in the underground. The forgotten relic of the 1960s counter culture or rediscovered when there's a history of periods of time pregnancy was celebrated, glamourized, "normalized", revered or women would pretend to be pregnant themselves (not limited to Europe, but globally).

I can only echo what others have already said, here. 

When the internet was in it's relative infancy, I remember pregnancy fetish material was hard to come by. You really had to know where to look to find it and forums (then known as Bulletin Boards) were still finding their feet. It was somewhere in the very early 2000's before it suddenly seemed to 'take off', from my experiences anyway. I'd say somewhere in the second half of the 2000's, maybe just sneaking over into the early 2010's was where the 'golden age' was.  

I wasn't around in the 70's to comment so I can only presume correct what others have suggested previously. I assume away from actually getting yourself out there in the public, you'd be limited to magazines and even then, I'd imagine content of that nature to be extremely limited. 

In the 80's and into the early 90's, there was video cassettes.
