When you know what to look for you can spot the work she had done. One of the noticeable things is how her breasts appear to be connected in the centre. There is a web between them that looks very odd. It does not show up well in this pic so when you watch the video of her pay close attention to this area. Maybe all she had done was minor work to prevent them from sagging lower and appear more firm and less floppy.

Hate to break it to you but for a "female breast expert" you're way off track.  If a woman's boobs are big and heavy enough, if they are at least a little saggy (meaning they are fuller toward the bottom than the top), and if they are wide enough such that they meet close together on her chest, then they will start pulling down on her chest skin and it will fold over a little bit.  See some attached photos of women who have natural boobs and also have that little feature, or probably will have it when they get a few years older.

Real big boobs change shape fairly easily: they get long and droopy when hanging straight down (e.g. when she's on hands and knees), they flatten and want to slide off the ribcage when she's laying on her back, and when squished in the hands they can be kneaded.  They move differently: even the most supple, toned boobs of a 20-year-old coed will jiggle with little provocation, and when large enough they can sway pendulously as she turns from side to side.  And especially in the case of pregnant women, when the belly grows enough big boobs will sit on top of the belly and take on a very pancake-ish shape.

Fake boobs do none of these things: they will fight hard to maintain their shape regardless of the woman's position; they are much firmer, less jiggly, less pliable.  Most importantly, you will often find a large gap between them and they are much less likely to sag, almost as if they are immune to gravity.
