I have a lot of pages at Pornhub. I make a lot of trade there but I cannot upload the videos now. I found this news:

Only models and verified content creators can upload videos at this time. After New Years, verified users can upload content as well.

Nobody is allowed to download videos anymore. Verified or Not.

After they lost Mastercard and Visa, Pornhub will never be the same. And I say good riddance. I feel bad for the pornstars who make a living over there since this is the second year in the row where PH fucked them over. Last year it was Paypal who cut ties with PH, now Visa and Mastercard. But when one site falls, a dozen takes it's place.

So all of those profiles with a bunch of private paid content will eventually go up in smoke. I've already started purging my channel and migrating to another site.

If I was you, I would find other means of trading videos for now on.

So a timeline and summary for those who aren't aware:

Pornhub has been neglecting it's site and the models for YEARS by not improving the model's experience as well as letting rape and videos of minors be uploaded to the site.

A journalist from the NYTimes busted this wide open and exposed Pornhub for their bullshit.

Both Mastercard and Visa have banned all transactions on the site.

Pornhub got scared and started purging the site of videos, disabling uploads for most, and disabling downloads.

Both users and Models are seeing most, if not ALL of their videos getting deleted. Paid content or not.

Starting next year, only verified accounts and content creators can upload content.

And since people can't currently buy content, Content Creators are hemorrhaging fans and aren't making anything until AT LEAST the beginning of the year.

So far, yes. I don't see them doing a complete 180 without fully embracing crypto-currency or some other form of payment since they blew the main cards and Paypal.

Good. I'm glad that shit site is dying. They deleted ALL of my videos that I own and created. Years and hundreds of thousands of views and likes down the fucking drain. And I was a verified user with proof.

Fuck them for pulling this shit without once giving CC a heads up.

Jesus Christ, first Tumblr, now fucking Pornhub.

People just want to bust a nut. That's all. CP will always be a problem, but I don't know why, instead of nuking most of their fucking video library, they don't just do a better job moderating their site!

I feel like reactions like this are the result of people in charge not knowing what the fuck they're doing.

EDIT: I just deleted my account. Now that most of my favorites and all the videos I uploaded are gone, and I can't download videos anymore, I have no reason to be there.

The Tumblr purge happened because the site was losing money and Verizon thought removing all adult content would attract more advertisers and appease Apple's app store policies. Of course no one in charge realized (or cared) that a good chunk of people used Tumblr for the adult content. Ironically, Pornhub actually tried to buy Tumblr after the purge.
