At one point in the video I took she was talking to another lady, and she breathes heavily and says "it's so big". I saw her and was eating lunch as she walked passed the diner window. I quickly ate and being the load she was carrying new she couldn't have gotten very far. And as I saw her from behind I knew it was her.
