First off: you're not weird. Don't shit on yourself for what you like. You, and what you like, are 100% valid and okay. You don't have to change anything unless you really want to, for yourself. It's important to get a couple of things clarified.

You say you may be demisexual, which is an important thing to know about yourself. That's likely to make sex unsatisfying and maybe even downright uncomfortable unless you're with someone you know, trust, and perhaps even love. Be careful not to confuse that, and the challenges that creates for having "good" sex, with not being able to get off unless your kinks are activated. There's a difference and we don't want to blame the wrong thing.

Another question is, are you attracted to pregnant women, attracted to the idea of being pregnant yourself, or both, and to what degree (i.e. what really does it for you)? This matters because it can impact the types of partners you seek out. You'd be surprised at how amazing it can all be if everything clicks... though you probably wouldn't be surprised at how difficult it can be to find that kind of connection.

Same. When I was younger I could just to standard non pregnant pictures of women. But for the past ten years they have go be pregnant or I can't.

Agreed. I can only echo this. 

One thing I've mentioned in the past is that I tend to go through 'spells' when it comes to enjoying the pregnancy fetish. I can always tell when things are starting to go a little 'off the boil' and that's when I know it's probably best that I take a step back for a while - and I've had to do that multiple times in the past. I think it's only natural that you get bored of the same thing after a while. 

I did go through a few short spells only last month where I found myself not bothering (or indeed 'needing') to have a look for a week at a time.
