Definitely positive after the initial surprise. She always plays along and wants belly rubs, although we are done having kids now.

Near the end of both pregnancies I was encouraged to take pictures for the crank bank. Glad I did as that was my only opportunity to do so.

As you know (or maybe you don't), sex is disallowed for six weeks after delivery. Even once you get the all-clear from the doctor it takes a little while longer for things to "feel right" - it's pretty painful for the woman for a while after a vaginal delivery. So spank material is pretty important during that time, and yes, we made sure to create plenty of it before delivery.
