Check out Schpog's commission info, for example:
https://schpogart.carrd.co/

The cheapest piece costs up to 60 Euros (about $65), and it says it can take up to 8 weeks to finish it.

I mean no disrespect towards her, by the way. I love her art. I'm just saying I could either have several fairly high-quality AI pieces now for free that I can fine-tune to my liking, or I can wait up to 8 weeks for her to do one piece for $65, and any changes after will cost extra. It's not a hard choice for me.
On one hand it does suck to wait weeks - months even to receive a commission. On the other hand - art is hard and time consuming. Drawing hands took me 3 days to get right. 3D modeling? That is it's own beast. To say any of that undermines the effort that goes into a commission.

And I have nothing but respect for human artists. However, that's kind of demonstrating my point. I don't know how long it takes you to finish a commission, but I'd wager it's much longer than an AI program. (Also, no disrespect, but I haven't seen your art, so I don't know if it's good or not.)

If I have a particular artist in mind for a piece and I have enough money to spare, I may commission them. However, if I want to see an idea realized quickly, and I have a free AI tool that allows me to do so, I personally will opt for that instead.

For the record, I don't believe that AI will ever replace human art. There are so many little details in human art that AI simply can't replicate. Plus, AI art feels more like a product that gets churned out whereas [good] human art feels like an expression of one's whole self.

How could we train our models? Any useful tips?

I have explained it in my posts.
