That's not a sure thing - my wife had to remove her rings because her fingers swelled up while she was pregnant.

And rings don't mean a person isn't open to additional intimate relationships. My girlfriend and I wear rings and also date other people.

You can't by just looking at her or checking if she has a ring or not. The only non sleezy way is to just go up to her and ask.

I think it’s more common to meet a pregnant girl in the city and that is totally true as long as you keep it classy and reserved it could work. I’m attempting to see if I find any off tinder too

Jesus fucking Christ, this is not that complicated. The vast majority of married pregnant women will be wearing a ring. The vast majority of single pregnant women will not be wearing a ring. Of course there will always be exceptions to both but they are hardly common.
