My guess is he doesn't natively speak English, and meant he feels bad for her, and that her boyfriend sucks (maybe her boyfriend left her, I don't speak Spanish so don't know what the video said).

When the boyfriend found out it was triplets he bailed, but her other family members are helping her I do not understand why he said that about her
