Yep! Though if I recall that site is a little limited in what you can ask for and you only get so many per month (I think like 25)? I have photoshop for work so it comes with that and I can tweak it a little more.
Did you have to pay any money, where do you go to edit photos lol I can't even find it

For Photoshop I do maintain a monthly subscription. If you google Adobe Firely, the first link should be it's main page. Scroll down a little and look for Generative Fill.

Oh yep! Found it, okay where do you find the setting to make them pregnant.

Well that’s where the generative AI part comes in. You select what you what to change and give it prompts. Such as selecting torso’s and giving it ‘pregnant.’ It’s a bit trial and error.
