No one here would 100% know. Depending on the agency, a model can choice to either use her real name or a stage name. So yes, it's possible that this woman has two different aliases and neither could be her real name.

If the Katerina Gray name only exists within that IG page, then it's most likely not her real name. Same for Linda not being her real name.
