                I have found some Pregnant 28mm to 32mm miniatures and painted them up.

As a warhammer fantasy player, l approve this. l don't know if l could fit them into some conversion for chaos, beastmen or fimir...

They are pregnant enslaved people so that they can fit into any Fantasy or Dark Fantasy style campaign.

There's a Miniature game called Kingdom Death that has a good quality pregnant models, most are out of print but still cool to see. There's one that essentially looks like a giant penis monster but it comes with a pregnant harem.
