Essentially I want to be big enough that nothing fits over my belly, but from behind I don't look pregnant. I have dreamed where my wife has her uterus transferred over to me and I end up carrying twins and she goes shopping for maternity clothes for me. She is actually intrigued by that idea as well.

I, too, am a trans woman who wishes I could get pregnant.
I recently bought a fake pregnant belly and it's one of the best things I've ever bought. I love feeling and looking pregnant. As a trans woman it's one of the best things ever!
