i love over the belly pregnant panties, bikinis, short shorts the best, my girlfriend, who's 6 mos pregnant wears them around me all the time, for 6 mos pregnant, her belly is kind of small, though it's just as round.

but if I were too choose it would be lace panties / or with lace like designs, (boy shorts style) or stretchy panties with patterns/stripes.
