Bellies can do that.

Some women's belly buttons never pop. Some of them pop really early, twins or no.

Personally, I am not 100% convinced either way anymore.  I think some of the early pics were absolutely fake in order to embellish her size, so that has definitely colored my view of everything since.  But the last couple of bare belly pics look at least plausible to me.  Maybe that is the point, I don't know.

Indeed... the early pics are what set the alarm bells off for me. The more recent ones do look plausible. If this is in fact fake, the faker has gotten much better at it in a very short amount of time. But hey, I'm in no hurry, I can just sit back and watch whatever happens, and I don't have a horse in the race.

The skin tone on the recent bare belly shots is setting off alarm bells. Nobody's skin is that color and that free of any color variation. The shape has definitely gotten better from the early ones, but that's an easy fix with just a better prosthetic. Take a look at the examples below. One pic is of an actual pregnant woman. The other is a 6'0"/230lb dude with a mid-level silicone prosthetic.
