I would think Houston and Dallas would be more populated than Fresno. I do agree with trying online 1st. I also think if you can build a rep around the community college as the guy who will have sex with pregnant girls, that should help. It worked for me in High School

How'd you get known as that? It seems so creepy to even bring up in conversation unless you really know the person.

Could you recommend general sites where you can see pregnant women? I had thought of maternity hospitals, supermarkets, baby shops, ... but of course, it is rare that a man goes alone to these places ... what excuses could he give, ...

It all depends on how one approaches women. With proper flirting techniques and a keen sense of the woman's interest level there shouldn't any issue. And many pregnant women will appreciate the attention.
