No. This guy isn't seeking validation from you or trying to 'infect' your fragile little mind with his fetish, he's just looking for fap material that is related to the theme of the site. There is no point in commenting on a thread that doesn't interest you unless you're a troll or a kink-shamer.
As for the topic on hand, I know there are some preggo food stuffing videos with belching involved but I've never seen that as a focus. A few can be found in the google drive thread I think. Personally I'd like to see hiccups more than gassy stuff.
