I'd certainly love there to be something comparable. If not that, I know others have proposed a section devoted to it on these forums.

Reddit and (maybe) Tumblr seem to be your best bets if you're looking for the fetish-friendly side of lactation. The rest of the lactation community really doesn't seem to treat it so much as a fetish, but call it 'the lifestyle' to distance themselves from the fetishism. The plus side is that many women are a part of those online communities because policing for creeps is strong and they feel safe. However, you'll find no photo or video sharing in those communities.
