My wife is also pregnant right now. It’s been an incredible journey. This is our second baby in 3 years, and we are in the final 2 weeks so not a lot of sensuality at this point as she is very uncomfortable. But be honest in what you want and if you are caring and supportive, you’ll probably get it.

I will say though, those first few weeks of ‘trying’ are some of the best ever. The longer you go with out conception, the hungrier she will get for your cum and will do just about anything to get you to bust in her.
