Interestingly, the pages for these images include date stamps, and all the ones of her naked and not visibly pregnant are dated about six months before this image.

Just curious why you think you can't post them? She is fully naked in the one you posted above.

I checked DeviantArt (not hard to find given the filename), and the blatant reason I came across is because most of the images posted by, what I assume to be, a professional photographer are on the site for sale.

Now, I'm no lawyer, but my guess is anyone reposts those images here, that would be subject to a lawsuit.

That runs into commercial use laws. Basically, he can't claim anything unless I stand to profit in some way. Otherwise I'm just showing a sample of his work, not claiming it as my own.
