Interestingly enough there are two stories, both titled Wedding Surprise, by beautiful womb and RessaSilverTongue on Deviantart, that have a mother and daughter giving birth together.  In both the mother gives birth to twins. 

There is another one where a mother and daughter give birth alone in an abandoned bar in the middle of nowhere.  I can't recall the author at the time.

Stevie D had some stories on one of the epublishing websites about two years ago.  There were a few mature mothers birthing stories there, but I think his stuff was taken down.  There were a few that had a sort of 'benign abduction' theme to them which may not have been received well.
