I remember a set of stories from an artist whom I've forgotten.   I can't remember if they were purely pregnancy or weight gain focused as well.

The one I can remember at the moment is about girls working at a massage place/ spa and the female boss intentionally making the employees expand.

I remember there were atleast the boss,  main character, tomboy ish maintenance girl, and really small massage therapist.

There were a whole series of stories but this is the only plot I can remember
