I took a minimal effort to try to keep the same face, but it didn't pan out.  BUT I have a few of em for ya.

Been stressed out lately but got a few good ones from my runs this week. Doesn't help that I've been caught up in using the AI to generate images other than these. I swear the last two on this batch might as well be the same girl.

use ; to separate prompt sections i.e. "what I want to see; which style; additional stuff"

parenthesis are used when you really want to exaggerate or want one specific thing in the image. its not mandatory at all

Found a different way to prompt, by initially prompting something specific, as a noun, ex: ((pregnant ballerina)) followed by other prompts, such as teen, hair color, eye color, etc. Tried a few this way and got some good results. Ballerina worked well, tried bunny girl and got the one. Don't recall much of the others, but I figured I should include the girl in the blue top for two big reasons...

I think I finally found the formula I like...  Or at least a good foundation. 

young pregnant teen standing at a school's yard; age 13, second trimester, full frame,
fully in frame, show whole body, (no nudity), wearing a blue sweat jacket, (pregnant),
same clothing, petite body size, anatomically correct, high definition, high detail
